This simulator is for visualization purposes only and does not take into account any potential decisions school boards and voters may take based on proposed changes to weighting factors in the equalized pupil calculation. The simulator is also based on data from school year 2017-2018 and outputs should not be presumed to accurately reflect current spending decisions, equalized pupil counts, and school district boundaries, all of which lead to equalized homestead tax rates.
