The proposed revised amendment of the State Board of Education Rule 2200 series includes Independent Schools, Private Education Programs (including Distance Learning Schools, Corrections Education, Tutorial Programs and Private Kindergarten Programs).

Two stakeholder meetings will be held to gather preliminary input on the proposed rules prior to finalizing a draft for public comment. The first meeting is listed below:
